My experience at the Fino restaurant was simply exceptional. From the moment we walked through the door, the kindness and willingness of the employees made us feel welcome in this cozy place. The customer service was remarkable, setting the tone for a pleasant evening. The culinary offer did not disappoint at all. Although the carpaccio was perhaps a little simple compared to the rest of the options, the overall quality of the food exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was the speed of service. Despite the fact that the place was occupied, the attention to our table was efficient and without unnecessary delays. This contributed significantly to a fluid and pleasant gastronomic experience. To end the night in an unforgettable way, at the end of our dinner, we were given hats to celebrate the end of the year. What an understated, gem of a restaurant that served us some of the best Italian food we’ve had in the city. The whole experience was world-class — food rich and delicious, attentiveness and personality from our server, great energy full of locals. This place should’ve been booked out for weeks in advance, but we were able to walk in. Can’t recommend enough!

This, however, does little to detract from the overall experience, as the quality of the food and service more than makes up for it. Fino is an ideal spot for a romantic date night or a special occasion.

The restaurant is nice with a comfortable waiting area for people who made reservations. The staff is nice and friendly. We got a fruit punch which was pretty good and I recommend it. The food wasn’t bad but it was not delicious either. It was ok. Something to be aware is that they have a spaghetti carbonara which is not really a carbonara. It does not have eggs and it has onions and paper. Although we did not like it, we did not pay enough attention to the menu that says these items are included. They don’t make online reservations, so you need to call them.

So good we ate here 2 nights in a row! They said all their pasta is made in house and you can tell, all the ones we tried tasted amazing! Their veal dishes were very good too. And their desserts are so pretty and taste just as good too. And I have to mention just how nice all the staff was, they were always trying to accommodate us!

Very dated atmosphere with very average food that lacks some flavor. I was very bothered that they tried to squeeze in more food items, such as a salad and bread, without letting you know they charged extra. The receipt was wrong that they handed me, so it seemed a bit shady along with all the other issues. The wine (super Tuscan) was also warm, so not ideal. I wouldn’t return here. Despite the shadiness, the staff was friendly.

The food here is incredible! I would recommend the pasta dishes. We had a prawn and creamy vodka tomato rigatoni and one of the specials which was halibut with a mushroom ravioli. Both were so delicious but I thought the halibut special was a real highlight. The flavours worked so well together. Our waitress (on the bill it said Susan) was lovely and the right amount of attentive. She also recommended a lovely Californian Sauvignon blanc. I would definitely recommend a visit. The main negative is it was quite expensive. With the taxes and tipping it was much more than we would have paid in the UK so I would suggest on the higher budget end.
